The ideal Technical Marketing Manager will develop go-to-market strategies and to ensure alignment with all key stakeholders within the company. This individual will also be responsible for building compelling messaging, and partnering with vendors, product marketing group and product management to develop and execute integrated marketing plans, and deliver the appropriate tools and materials to support internal and external marketing executions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:• Generate collateral on server/storage infrastructure, which includes competitive marketing and sales presentations, road shows, customer enablement, and pre-sales support • Define, articulate and communicate product messaging and Supermicro differentiation with a clear understanding of the target customer/audience • Develop product and marketing contents Supermicro. Collateral may include data sheets, slide decks, multimedia and online contents. • Lead product launches as the outbound marketing expert • Create ideas for all related marketing activities and drive them to completion while maintaining TTM advantage • Provide cross functional feedbacks and plan executions among engineering, PM and corporate marketing groups • Support product launch activities and assist with tradeshows and conferences • Show your creative flair with infographics, powerpoint, and visual representation of messages. Create the 'aha' moment for your audience

Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 5 year'sexperience in Server/Storage or related technology fields. CS/EE is a plus.• Strong background in computer hardware business with hands-on experience• Strong presentation skills and power point• 5+ years of outbound marketing experience: field marketing or event marketing is a plus.• Ability to balance workload, handle cross-department communication and make informed decisions to grow with the business• Need to be self-motivated, should be able to make independent decisions and provide recommendations to engineering and product management• Proven experience in developing compelling and differentiated product messaging• Strong aptitude for distilling complex technical differentiators into simple, sticky stories • Outstanding communicator and creative storyteller• Collaborates with others to achieve results• Creative and innovative thinking -willingness to take the risk, fail and learn, and iterate fast• High energy, sense of urgency, and passion with a "can do"attitude
