Product Marketing Manager

We are searching for a core Product Marketing Manager who has a passion for shaping early products from the ground up, using research and data to guide their process. The role requires a deep comfort with complex technical concepts, from controls systems to kinematics and web-based services. Positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization, research and lifecycle campaigns will be critical responsibilities. You will work with a cross-functional team across product development, engineering, sales, design, strategy and communications to ensure our product is ready for launch and growth. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end, championing the user as you go.

You have demonstrated experience of world class product marketing for an early or new software product that has technical or enterprise users. You are perseverant and resilient. You thrive in startup-like environments and can switch gears effortlessly between projects, balancing priorities as you go. You are an excellent communicator and team player, who can effectively work with your team, vendors, agencies and industry partners.

• Develop deep and highly productive relationships with the product management team
• Lead research projects end-to-end, to understand our users, the market and relevant products
• Run agency engagements from start to finish, owning the process from brief to deliverable and execution
• Support the go-to-market efforts of the commercial team, creating marketing material for multiple audiences
• Own the process of sourcing and creating product content, from help center articles to developer toolkits
• Define and iteratively refine our product and services value propositions, positioning and messaging
• Develop scalable lifecycle campaigns, ensuring user success from onboarding through to success
• Create insightful sales and partnership material, including extensive case studies and reports

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 7 plus years relevant PMM work experience in enterprise SaaS, robotics or platform products
• Ability to speak and write English fluently
• Ability to operate effectively across multiple projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• A 4-year degree in business, marketing or communications
• Experience working in a tech startup or emergent team within a larger organization
• An MBA
• Experience marketing to developers 
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to develop and understand strategy
• Proficiency with CRM systems, including automated email and content management systems
• Comfort with frequent business travel to tradeshows and events

The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $154,400 - $244,150 + bonus + equity + benefits. Your recruiter will share more about the specific salary range for your targeted location during the hiring process.
