Product Marketing Manager, GTM Commercialization

Position Summary:   

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will work cross functionally with marketing, solution consulting, sales, and product management teams to define positioning strategy, advise on content creation, and analyze market trends to inform product and go-to-market opportunities. This is an opportunity to make an immediate impact in this high-growth organization, with high visibility and exposure to senior leadership within marketing and sales.    

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Perform market intelligence - interview internal and external subject matter experts to distill insights related to industry value chain, customer use cases, buying criteria, etc. 
  • Identify themes, use cases, core challenges, key benefits, and differentiators related to a given product or industry
  • Define target audience segmentation and guide target account list creation to support sales and marketing activities
  • Develop value-based positioning and messaging frameworks
  • Create content and assets - white papers, use case guides, solution overview, pitch decks, etc. 
  • Enable sales force by leading training to understand new product/campaign initiatives
  • Develop campaigns to support outbound sales activities
  • Manage product launch process, with a focus on delivering a full-journey bill of materials to support marketing, sales enablement, and customer product adoption.
  • Work cross-functionally with product marketing, solution consulting, sales, and product management teams  

Job Requirements:  

  • 5-7 years professional experience minimum, with at least 2-3 years in B2B marketing/product marketing preferred
  • Analytical mentality that can rapidly assess a business problem, structure and evaluate options, and execute 
  • Ability to deliver executive-level presentations 
  • Superior ability to build relationships with peers and work cross functionally
  • MBA is a plus
