We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team Femia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Researching and generating growth hypotheses (analyzing competitors collaborating with the team to generate hypotheses).

• Collaborating closely with the design marketing development and analytics teams for effective implementation.

• Analyzing and optimizing purchase funnels for mobile and web apps.

• Conducting A/B tests on various steps of the funnel.

• Analyzing users' needs and behavior to implement valuable insights for websites.

Professional Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in digital product marketing at product IT companies (Web Mobile CRM)

• Experience with B2C products

• Experience running A/B tests for web or mobile products

• Knowledge of analytics systems and tools - Google Analytics Tableau Amplitude etc.

• Experience in setting tasks for a technical team

• Experience with product and marketing metrics optimization

• Understanding of different monetization models

Nice to have:

• Previous experience with mobile applications

• Copywriting skills
