Product Marketing Manager

Job Description

Fragomen, the leading global immigration services provider and an AmLaw 100 Firm, is seeking a seasoned, dynamic Product Marketing Manager to position and message the firm's technologies (current and planned) within our clients' global mobility enterprise platforms and within the firm's global operations.

In collaboration with the product development teams, process advisory, legal teams, and marketing, develop product marketing initiatives to respond to industry trends and client business objectives and behaviors. Create promotional collateral and communications inclusive of feature sheets, slide decks, product videos, launch materials, and more to wrap technology offerings into the firm's global immigration service offerings.

How you will make a difference as a Product Marketing Manager at Fragomen:

• Identify customer needs, pain points, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy.
• Position technology products in a way that highlights their unique features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
• Lead creation of core technology materials with input from our product factory, technology leadership, and other stakeholders.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the business & product marketing strategy, including GTM plans. Track, measure, and report against objectives.
• Plan and execute product launches, coordinating activities across various departments.
• Use legal team and client insights to refine messaging and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Support the client facing teams with enablement such as presentations, one pagers, videos, graphics, and other content.
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert for the HR/Mobility Manger and foreign national personas, leading content strategy and execution in partnership with the Marketing teams.
• Support Fragomen events, such as virtual webinars or conferences.

Let's talk if you have the following qualifications and experience:

• 5+ years of product marketing experience preferably in high tech, HR technology, Immigration technology, or a related space.
• Hands-on capability to create a range of product marketing assets, including slide pitch-decks, one-pagers, videos, scripts, various copywriting initiatives and more.
• Proven track record of speaking in front of and influencing internal, external, and global audiences.
• Proven ability to craft compelling positioning and thought leadership content.
• Excellent writing ability, including the ability to communicate technical concepts.
• Experience working with internal and external clients directly in response to product updates, new product offerings, evolving business strategies, and market influences.
• Strong bias-to-action; adept and agile on changing course; track record of excellence in short cycle product positioning.
• Strategic thinker, nimble and a creative problem solver.
