What you’ll be doing

As the Product Marketing Manager (PMM) you will partner closely with our Marketing, Product and Commercials teams to understand the product strategy and fit, define use cases, understand competitive offerings and articulate value propositions for Cleo’s target verticals.

You will:

  • Inform the product and marketing strategy by deeply understanding our market and customers to craft powerful, differentiated positioning and messaging
  • Develop product positioning and messaging for key products and features, considering factors like the value proposition, target audience and competitive landscape.
  • Create and execute GTM strategies that drive awareness, evaluation and conversion for all Cleo’s products
  • Work well with a broad range of people at every level of the business, from senior leadership down
  • Create written material for customer comms across the entire life cycle

What you’ll need

  • 5+ years relevant experience in product marketing or relevant adjacent field 
  • Proven track record of working closely with Marketing and Product leadership teams to help align and shape product builds and external messaging successfully
  • A passion for the product marketing discipline and its critical role within the organisation
  • Great communication and project management skills

You will build compelling messaging and own the strategic narrative through the lens of Cleo’s customer personas. You will excel at working across teams, partnering with our own Product Management, Marketing, and Commercial teams to align releases, features and launches with both customer and consumer needs.
