Product Marketing Manager

Overview

At Grata, we are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our rapidly growing organization. As the first Product Marketer at Grata, you will own our go-to-market strategy for all new products as well as Grata’s core positioning and messaging. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership teams in order to shape the strategic narrative and vision for Grata’s products.

About the Role: 

• Craft Grata’s product positioning and messaging utilizing marketing strategies that win over prospects and customers 
• Define multi-channel go-to-market strategies for new products and lead their execution
• Develop and implement plans to promote Grata to relevant audience segments in order to drive usage and new product adoption
• Build research frameworks with the goal of developing an intimate understanding of our buyer and the market
• Consistently ensure that our content communicates our unique capabilities of Grata in customer language 
• Collaborate closely with Product, CS, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams
• Amplify Grata’s brand voice and identity in the app
• Achieve a deep understanding of Grata’s customers, value proposition to the market, and our end users
• Cultivate ongoing relationships with clients to continuously gather, prioritize, and execute on their feedback 

About You:

• 2-4 years of product marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS with an emphasis on data products and/or a financial services end-user
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on storytelling
• Excellent presentation skills
• Strong exposure to collaborative functions such as Sales, Customer Success, and Product
• Proven track record of driving product adoption, user growth, and engagement
• Data-driven mindset, a deep understanding of the importance of using data/user insights to make decisions
• Must be able to develop an intimate knowledge of our end-user, understanding how Grata can solve day to day problems
