And now, with a fresh round of PE investment from ParkerGale Capital, the Biscom team is looking to aggressively ramp our growth ambitions. That's where you come in.
This position will report to the Head of Sales in the Westford, MA location. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping and executing marketing strategies for our innovative portfolio of products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing, to drive product adoption, increase market share, and contribute to the company's growth. What You'll Accomplish - Your Performance Objectives
Objective #1: In your first 30 days:
- Meet with members of different teams Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, etcto learn and understand Biscom's current product offerings, the market segments that we are targeting, their pain points, and strategy for selling "what's on the truck".
- Review current value propositions, positioning, and messaging for Biscom's product portfolio and provide set of recommendations to improve differentiating and highlighting their unique benefits to target audiences.
Objective #2: In your first 3 months:
- Work with Product and Marketing to clarify our healthcare market segmentation.
- Conduct comprehensive market research, including competitive analysis, customer insights, and industry trends, to identify market opportunities and provide actionable recommendations for new product, product enhancements and new feature development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies, product launch plans, and sales enablement materials to ensure successful product adoption and revenue growth.
- Create persuasive marketing collateral, including sales presentations, datasheets, whitepapers, case studies, and website content, to effectively communicate product value propositions and drive demand.
- Develop sales tools and resources, such as battle cards, product guides, and training materials, to equip the sales team with the necessary knowledge and tools to effectively sell Biscom's products.
Objective #3: In your first 6 months:
- Serve as a product evangelist by delivering compelling presentations, participating in industry events, and conducting webinars to raise awareness and generate excitement about Biscom's product offerings.
- Collaborate effectively with product management, sales, marketing, and other internal teams to ensure alignment on product roadmap, marketing initiatives, and customer-centric strategies.
- Collaborate with customer success and support teams to gather customer feedback and insights, leveraging these insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Lead / Co-lead, and execute successful product launches, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution, effective communication, and strong market reception.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of marketing initiatives, provide regular reporting to stakeholders, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
