Product Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to lead the evolution of our core GTM, marketing and sales enablement capabilities. You will own understanding and documenting the customer journey, creating our core messaging and positioning and producing compelling market-ready collateral such as our website, blogs, sales presentations, webinars, press releases and product demos. The AI/ML industry is nascent, and we are in our early days of market discovery, so you must be innately curious, highly adaptable, and have the humility to learn from an environment that is constantly changing. You will have a unique opportunity to work across a broad range from marketing, demand generation to more detailed product documentation and improving hands-on technical demos. You will report to the Head of Product, and our ideal candidate will be a "roll-up your sleeves" team player, who is both technical and creative.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale our PMM capabilities, collateral, personas, and organize our GTM plans for product launches
• Develop market-ready collateral, from website, blogs, sales presentations, webinars and demos.
• Learn, understand and document our key buying personas for use in customer journey mapping and prioritization of collateral and sales tools
• Be a student of the AI/ML market and support critical market discovery to inform both product roadmap and customer/market feedback
• Partner closely with sales, sales engineering, customer success, support, product and engineering leaders to improve the effectiveness of our GTM and sales processes.
• Attend network/trade events and, where appropriate be prepared to publicly speak on behalf of Diveplane
• Promote a strong culture of curiosity and collaboration

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in product marketing
• Portfolio of impactful marketing content and sales enablement materials
• Technical experience and confidence learning new technologies, e.g. supporting PMM for developer products/SDKs, data products, or cloud infrastructure.
• Experience in researching customer and market trends to help inform content development and enablement.
• Experience in the data and analytics industry preferred
• Experience creating frameworks, and templates for scale across PMM workstreams
• High level of comfort in a startup-like environment, must be able to drive forward, create content and GTM strategies with little guidance.
• A bachelor's or master's degree in a computer science or business-related field preferred
• Ability to travel
• Local candidates strongly preferred. If not local, must be within a direct flight to RDU.
