Product Marketing Manager

The Technical Product Marketing Manager plays a key role within our Product Management team. This role is responsible for technical writing, demo development, partner integration conversations, and presentations. You will work to understand the target audience and their pain points, then link Datex's unique value proposition and competitive differentiators to position us for market growth. This role focuses on building brand awareness, educating the market, driving demand, and providing a wonderful customer experience with Agile Frameworks products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the product, marketing, and solutioning teams to develop compelling and differentiated product messaging and positioning throughout the user journey.
• Create and deliver product demos to illustrate Wavelength/FootPrint capabilities, differentiators, and benefits for end-users.

• Develop and educate internal teams on our customer personas and their value propositions. Create compelling messaging that addresses their needs for the jobs to be done.
• Create technical product marketing materials such as videos, white papers, presentations, and blogs/web content.
• Present in webinars and other public forums to evangelize Wavelength/FootPrint product capabilities and customer value.
• Conduct sales enablement sessions to help field teams understand Wavelength/FootPrint technology and how to effectively position it with prospects and customers.
• Contribute to marketing strategy and messaging while maintaining technical accuracy of marketing messages.

Requirements

Required Skills:

• Bachelors Degree preferred but will consider experience in lieu of degree.
• 8+ years of demonstrated experience in technical product marketing, technical product management, sales engineering, or similar roles.
• Familiarity with DevOps, SaaS applications, continuous delivery, and test-driven development.
• Superb written and oral communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to a variety of audiences.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate with geographically dispersed teams.
