What you'll do:
Partner with the Product Team to manage the communication, positioning, and rollouts of new products, features, and benefitsÂ
Develop a repeatable playbook for rolling out new products and features on an ongoing basis
Manage customer communications (lifecycle marketing) on both the facilities and professionals fronts with the goal of driving incremental activation and usage
Own the brand positioning and voice with our content marketing department
Partner with the sales organization to position features, benefits and value props
Own our buyer personas and distribute that knowledge throughout the organization
What you'll need to have:
5+ years experience in a marketing or product organization
Ability to work across multiple departments and bring knowledge together into a cohesive messaging strategy
Experience with multiple communication channels including email, sms, push, content, social, etc
Strong grasp of business metrics and ability to align projects with our goals and ORKs
Independent, strong project management skills, and ability to effectively prioritize work in a high-growth environmentÂ
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Startup experience and/or public company experience is a plus
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Calm under pressure, moves quickly, ability to work with unknowns
Working knowledge of Marketo, Intercom, Salesforce and BI tools
