Product Marketing Manager

What you'll do:

• Partner with the Product Team to manage the communication, positioning, and rollouts of new products, features, and benefits 

• Develop a repeatable playbook for rolling out new products and features on an ongoing basis

• Manage customer communications (lifecycle marketing) on both the facilities and professionals fronts with the goal of driving incremental activation and usage

• Own the brand positioning and voice with our content marketing department

• Partner with the sales organization to position features, benefits and value props

• Own our buyer personas and distribute that knowledge throughout the organization

What you'll need to have:

• 5+ years experience in a marketing or product organization

• Ability to work across multiple departments and bring knowledge together into a cohesive messaging strategy

• Experience with multiple communication channels including email, sms, push, content, social, etc

• Strong grasp of business metrics and ability to align projects with our goals and ORKs

• Independent, strong project management skills, and ability to effectively prioritize work in a high-growth environment 

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Startup experience and/or public company experience is a plus

• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

• Calm under pressure, moves quickly, ability to work with unknowns

• Working knowledge of Marketo, Intercom, Salesforce and BI tools

Compensation Range: $120K - $133K
