We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to drive growth in our motor driver’s product line. We are looking for a seasoned product marketing Manager with at least 5 years of experience launching successful products.
You will craft a long-term technology vision, grow the top and bottom line for the product line targeting applications in industrial and automotive. You will actively partner with multiple cross-functional teams to create and prioritize the product roadmap and to help refine and enhance the business strategy.
The successful candidate shall be responsible for a line of products from development to market launch. This person will be leading marketing strategy, product pricing, growth initiatives in target applications and collateral creating for marketing campaigns and product launch activities. This person will drive all identified activities within the product life cycle and demand creation activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Product strategy and planning: responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan for the product line. Working closely with cross-functional teams such as engineering, sales, and marketing to ensure that product development aligns with market demands.

Market analysis: stay informed of industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform product development and market positioning.

Product development: manage the development process, overseeing the engineering team and collaborating with other departments to ensure that product development meets customer requirements.

Product launch: responsible for the successful launch of products in the market. Coordinating with the sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure that product availability meets market demand.

Performance monitoring: track sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and make necessary adjustments to product strategies to ensure continued success.

Customer engagement: work closely with customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and incorporate customer insights into product development and go-to-market strategies.

Strong technical background: Product Definition, Product Engineering, Applications engineering
Experience

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field (Master’s is a plus)

5+ of experience in product marketing

Self-directed and capable of working effectively in a highly innovative and fast-paced environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
