The Wrk Platform is infinitely simplifying automation. We’re building a world where any process can be replicated by combining human skill sets and bots into pre-configured Wrkflows. Built on Wrk Actions — which are the building blocks for processes big and small — Wrkflows automate the delivery of tasks from the very simple, like merging spreadsheets, to the very complex, like executing, analyzing, and escalating customer service phone calls.

We are seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Manager who can lead and execute our product marketing strategies. If you have 5 years of SaaS product marketing experience and a background in process automation, this role is perfect for you. You will play a crucial role in promoting Wrk, helping customers understand its value, and driving its adoption across various industries.

- Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations/ CS teams to prepare for and launch micro-GTMs.
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and the competitor landscape.
- Craft compelling and customer-centric messaging and positioning, translating technical details into persuasive marketing content.
- Create a cohesive PLG user experience that drives both feature adoption and feedback, ultimately converting users into customers.
- Continuously gather feedback from users/ customers to refine marketing strategies and enhance the Wrk offering.
- Utilize email marketing campaigns to engage with customers, nurture leads, and drive product adoption.
- Co-Own the In-App Experience with the product and operations teams.
- Support the development of thought leadership content and campaign assets (emails, website, videos, webinars, etc.)   
- Analyze product performance to continually improve adoption and conversion rates.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of SaaS product marketing experience, with a preference for candidates experienced in process automation.
- Startup experience - comfortable working with a small, scrappy team.
- Proven ability to create persuasive messaging and positioning for technical products (storytelling skills).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to derive insights from data.
- Experience with email marketing campaigns and/or in-platform communication is a plus.
- Experience working with a PLG-focused company, especially with a freemium option/ free trial is a plus.
- Experience with Intercom is a major plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Work from home/remote location within Canada or the US (really!)
