Here's the Gist :

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for pre- and post-sales technical marketing support for both existing and new customers as part of our global Product Marketing Engineering (PME) team. This position offers the opportunity to lead the technical marketing relationship for our strategic EMEA, GCSEA and India customers. A successful candidate will have strong technical skills and experience to own the technical go-to-market strategy. This position requires interaction with customers at all levels of system design/development, components, quality engineering, and purchasing. The candidate will also be involved in the growth of our regional EMEA Power Die Automotive organization.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Identify automotive market needs and translate them to specific product requirements for new product and platform development with prioritized features, corresponding justification and key applications.
  • Align roadmap with System Engineering, Application Engineering and NPI Program Management
  • Technical ownership of product life cycle management
  • Awareness of technical market trends and directions from voice of customer, competition activity and publication review
  • Be a technical expert on competitor's capabilities and product positioning in the market
  • Work closely with sales to achieve key customer design-in and revenue attainment and metrics
  • Define, generate and deliver sales tools, application notes and/or technical guidelines as well as technical field and customer training

    • Deliver customer presentations positioning the Power Die Product portfolio to customers
  • Team Leader.

    • Ability to build, develop and manage a small focused team of product marketing managers.

This Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Requirements):

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or similar field.
  • 3+ years of semiconductor and/or automotive, traction, energy or infrastructure industry experience
  • Strong knowledge of marketing, power markets and customer base
  • Good customer relationship experience
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Ability to work effectively from a satellite office
  • Self-motivated with strong drive to achieve business objectives
  • Ability to blend the technical and commercial to deliver a balanced approach to problem solving
  • Strong analytical skills and experience
  • Strong English verbal, written & presentation communications skills
  • Willingness to travel regularly including internationally as necessary
