Description:

As a Product Marketing Manager working on our Animal Health business at Cresilon, Inc., you will be a critical driver of our product marketing strategies, ensuring that our biotech products are well positioned, understood, and embraced by the market. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bring our products to life and successfully drive their adoption in the healthcare industry.

RESPONSIBILITITES

  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, market dynamics, and customer needs.
  • Product Positioning: Develop and execute product positioning and messaging strategies that resonate with target customers.
  • Develop Advisory Boards and KOL networks and promote CE Professional Education.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Create and implement comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches.
  • Content Creation: Develop compelling marketing collateral, including product guides, case studies, and sales tools.
  • Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with the necessary tools and resources to effectively promote and sell our medical devices.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product development, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on product strategies.
  • Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitor products and marketing strategies to inform our approach.
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and customers to gather insights and feedback.
  • Business Partner Relations: Support distribution partnerships with collateral, training, and marketing support materials to ensure high awareness and engagement.
  • Performance Tracking: Define KPIs and metrics to measure the success of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all marketing materials are compliant with medical device regulations and quality standards.
  • Stay up to date on and regularly update the company's competitor analysis landscape, knowledge of industry trends in key target market, and assessment of alternative business models (i.e. the most effective ways of selling company's products to customers)
  • Lead both large-scale and smaller project teams that include cross-departmental technical staff across all phases of the project.
  • Be a forward-thinking problem solver to effectively resolve company issues as they arise, keeping projects running on time and on budget.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key external and internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • Provide comprehensive solutions and develop compelling proposals to address business challenges related to productivity, operational excellence, transformation, implementation and change management.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the medical device industry.
  • Strong understanding of medical device regulations and quality standards (e.g., FDA, ISO).
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing medical device products.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative and innovative mindset.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Passion for healthcare technology and improving patient care.
