Summary:
The Product Marketing Manager, with a robust background in B2C or B2B2C product
marketing, will bring strategic thinking, creativity, and a proven track record in developing and
executing goâtoâmarket strategies for B2C or B2B2C products.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- GoâtoâMarket Strategy Development:
- Devise and implement innovative goâtoâmarket strategies to drive adoption, customer satisfaction, and customer retention within the Fintech space.
- Collaborate with crossâfunctional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives, embracing cuttingâedge approaches to stay ahead in the dynamic digital landscape.
- Campaign Management:
- Collaborate with the marketing, product, and sales teams to develop and execute goâtoâmarket campaigns.
- Implement and explore innovative approaches and technologies to optimize campaigns and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on campaign performance.
- Identify trends and insights to optimize goâtoâmarket strategies, continually fostering a culture of dataâdriven decisionâmaking.
- Customer Acquisition:
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate highâquality customer leads for our strategic accounts.
- Explore new and creative lead nurturing strategies to guide customers through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create personalized digital marketing campaigns with messaging tailored to qualify leads.
Required Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in B2C or B2B2C product marketing, preferably within Fintech or Home Improvement industries
- Strong understanding of financial products and services
- Proficiency in product marketing tools and platforms
- Excellent analytical and dataâdriven decisionâmaking skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation:Â $130,000 - $140,000 per year
