Product Marketing Manager

By employing innovations in cloud infrastructure, machine learning, data science, and user experience, we are providing a SaaS solution for companies to safeguard their customer’s most important asset: personal data.
WireWheel is looking to add a Product Marketing Manager to our growing marketing team.
Product Marketing owns the positioning, messaging, and branding of WireWheel’s products. They are responsible for launching products, gathering and processing customer feedback, acting as the voice of the customer, and enabling sales. Product Marketing will help guide sales, marketing, and product to focus on the ‘plays’ that will deliver results.
Day-to-Day you will:
- Manage all elements of the go-to-market strategy, including messaging, positioning, sales training, pricing, packaging, and launch planning
- Create product and solution-specific content including sales tools, white papers, collateral, sales presentations, etc.
- Manage market, competitive, and customer analysis to influence product direction and go-to-market strategy
- Work with product managers/product team to maintain relevant and current product positioning and solution definition
- Interact with sales teams to prioritize deliverables and provide deal support as needed
- Participate in market research with customers and market leaders (including analysts) to ensure proper product positioning and packaging
- Perform detailed competitive analysis at both the product and company/solution level
- Deliver competitive insight and training to sales and marketing teams
Ideally, you have:
- 5 to 10 years of enterprise software B2B product marketing experience, including a proven ability to deliver on stated objectives and timelines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and teams and lead through influence
- Attention to detail and demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects to completion simultaneously
- Excellent writing skills and a natural presenter
- Demonstrated ability to understand and communicate technical and/or complex concepts through multiple media
- Strong evidence of creative and strategic thinking and execution (examples always help)
- A self-starter with a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Knowledge of the privacy, compliance, or security markets is a plus
Nice to have:
- Privacy or security software as a service experience
- Experience with Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, and ABM software platforms
