FreightWaves is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join the FreightWaves SONAR marketing team to own the positioning and messaging for the suite of FreightWaves SONAR products, support the entire go-to-market strategy with strong product-based growth enablement resources, and collaborate with product development teams to facilitate a customer-product feedback process.

What you will be doing:

• Define product positioning to effectively match product solutions to customer needs/pains/aspirations
• Craft product marketing messaging strategy to ensure the power of SONAR is communicated effectively across all channels, outlets, and audience segments
• Create growth enablement materials in support of sales and customer success growth processes
• Produce marketing materials aligned with the demand generation promotional campaigns to aid in targeted lead acquisition and annual revenue growth
• Establish competitor analysis, educate the organization on strengths/threats, and be the subject matter expert on alternative choices for the customer
• Work cross functionally with product development teams, marketing teams, and other go-to-market teams to establish a customer-product feedback process
• Become the go-to-expert on industry trends relative to FreightWaves SONAR solutions
• Working closely with the Product team and Market Experts to become fluent in the functionality and value of SONAR and its variety of features.

What you bring to the table:

• Supply Chain marketing OR SaaS marketing experience
• 2+ years of product marketing experience
• Foundational marketing and campaign management experience
• Project management skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Critical thinking, the ability to analyze relevant information, and sound decision making
• Comfort in a fast paced environment and the ability to prioritize responsibilities
• Comfort building a product marketing discipline from the ground up
• Desire to contribute to others success and learn/grow from others support
