The Product Marketing team uses creativity, market research, and insights to optimize and inspire roadmaps for products across Snap Inc. This team of Product Marketers works in a highly collaborative environment to deliver go-to-market efforts and strategies to demonstrate the role that Snapchat plays in the lives of our community and helps businesses grow.
We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our Ads Product team at Snap Inc!
What you’ll do:
Help shape the future of our advertising tools, including performance insights and recommendations tailored to advertiser needs and objectives.
Evolve our ad creation and editing experience to ensure advertisers are able to easily set up campaigns. Provide the guidance and best practices they need to meet their objectives with Snap.
Grow the Snap self-service advertiser customer base through improved onboarding workflows, launch of additional payment options, and enabling mobile campaign creation and management.
Provide actionable optimization guidance for advertisers of all sizes, across different marketing objectives through a scaled recommendations platform.Â
Improve Snap Ads Manager reporting to ensure customers are able to easily understand performance and the value of their Snap advertising.Â
Streamline creative development to make it easier for advertisers to develop ads likely to resonate with Snapchatters, and to identify what creative are working best.Â
Identify new opportunities to provide value to advertising partners through new targeting features, bidding types, ad formats, and 3P integrations.Â
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Familiarity with digital ads competitive landscape, across both web and app environments.
Experience building and/or marketing platform-level advertising solutions and features.Â
Deep passion for improving the customer experience, including establishing key indicators of customer satisfaction and how to measure progress over time.Â
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong problem-solving skills, complemented by an ability to take initiative, drive progress and work autonomously
Comfort with ambiguity, dependencies and heavy cross-functional collaboration
Ability to transform complex and nuanced concepts into simple actionable tasks
Minimum Qualifications:Â
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
4+ years of industry experience in product marketing, internet technology, or other relevant digital marketing workÂ
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience integrating 3P solutions into ads platform environment
Familiarity with customer retention drivers, and how to incorporate into platform product development

The base salary range for this position is $145,000 - $210,000 annually
This position is eligible for a discretionary performance-based bonus
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs

The base salary range for this position is $145,000 - $210,000 annually
