The Product Marketing team uses creativity, market research, and insights to optimize and inspire roadmaps for products across Snap Inc. This team of Product Marketers works in a highly collaborative environment to deliver go-to-market efforts and strategies to demonstrate the role that Snapchat plays in the lives of our community and helps businesses grow.

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our Ads Product team at Snap Inc!

What you’ll do:

  • Own Snapchat’s solutions for App advertisers using your knowledge of marketplaces, platforms, and products used by App developers, and your understanding of the ad tech industry.

  • Properly inform the roadmap, build global go to market strategies, and coordinate ongoing marketing efforts to grow awareness, understanding, and adoption of Snapchat’s Mobile App Ad solutions.

  • Conduct research and analysis to understand advertising solutions, identify key market trends, and spearhead initiatives to capture growth opportunities

  • Develop extensive market research to identify new opportunities through qualitative and quantitative analysis, constantly assess the capabilities and value proposition of our ad products via market trends, advertiser feedback, and competitive benchmarking in order to influence our monetization strategy

  • Drive successful cross functional alignment on go-to-market strategy and planning and track success metrics accordingly

  • Inspire and educate both internal and external teams on Snapchat’s performance solutions for advertisers

  • Provide strategic guidance and support during all phases of the sales cycle (pre-sale, on-boarding, and renewal)

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Knowledgeable in building ad tech for app developers

  • Skilled in the delivery and oversight of 1P solutions such as targeting, measurement, optimization, etc.

  • Skilled in written and verbal communication

  • Ability to prioritize duties and work autonomously

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a high attention to detail

  • Skilled in turning complex and nuanced concepts into simple actionable tasks

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, marketing or equivalent years of experience

  • 5 years of industry experience in product marketing, internet technology, or other relevant digital marketing work

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated public speaking skills and comfortable presenting to groups of 100 - 500+

  • Well versed in app monetization models (IAA, IAP, freemium), and the tools these apps need to succeed

  • Strong understanding of the mobile app ecosystem, including auction dynamics, mobile app measurement and attribution, programmatic buying, and mobile ad networks

  • Track record of overseeing multiple products throughout their entire lifecycle: from pre-planning, to launch, to expanding features and maturing the solution post-launch

  • The base salary range for this position is $165,000 - $240,000 annually

  • This position is eligible for a discretionary performance-based bonus

  • This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs
