Job Summary
Quantum Health is looking for a talented product marketing manager to help shape and drive our B2B product and go-to-market strategies. You will work with both the product management and the broader marketing team to assess target audience needs, market conditions and the competitive landscape to inform differentiated positioning and develop integrated go-to-market strategies and tactics.
Experience with product positioning and articulating the clear value proposition - while linking each feature to a customer-oriented benefit in a services industry - is required.
As an experienced collaborator and promoter, you can effectively work with peers in demand generation, product management, sales, account management and project management teams to develop marketing plans, product marketing collateral and craft training materials to support sales and other market-facing team members. You're energized by working in a fast-paced environment within a rapidly growing, category-pioneering organization. Your background in marketing services is a must; your experience in the fields of healthcare, insurance or employer-sponsored benefits is a bonus.

• Understand the broader market, competitive landscape: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the market and competitive offerings while collaborating with the competitive intelligence manager
• Collaborate with the market research manager, product management, marketing sales and client executive teams to develop clear and differentiated value propositions, product positioning, and messaging that resonate with our target buyers
Product Portfolio Development and Management

• Own the marketing plan and strategy for our core product. Collaborate with the product management team to determine enhancements appropriate for our buyers, and with our sales teams to determine how to best differentiate ourselves in an ever-evolving market.
• Utilize market trends, research, customer needs, and competitive positioning to differentiate our core product with current targeted segments and future channel opportunities.
Go-to-Market Execution

• Work with sales and client enablement team to inform the development of compelling resources based on your marketing plan and strategy
• In collaboration with the product teams and other SME's, drive awareness, demand and usage of our core products through ongoing training and development activities with our sales and go-to-market teams and partners
• Create the marketing strategy and lead the launch of new products and features
• Collect and analyze sales, customer, prospect and consultant feedback to regularly track information, trends and opportunities for further enhancements

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university required; preferred areas of study are marketing, business, strategy, communications, healthcare, product development, social sciences or a related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience, ideally in B2B product marketing roles in the service industry
- Healthcare, insurance or employer-sponsored benefits experience preferred
- Outstanding collaboration and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strategic, energetic, proactive thinker and doer who brings new ideas forward
- Able to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving organization
- Able to analyze information across the buyer journey and determine opportunities in the marketing processes to improve the volume and velocity of opportunities
- Strong writing and presentation building experience required
- Able to occasionally travel and attend conferences
