Product Marketing Manager, Brizo
Job Description
Purpose:
Brizo is the Delta Faucet Company's Luxury product division, created for those that understand Fashion is more than just the clothes we wear. As a Brizo Product Manager, you will collaborate with your Brizo team members to create plumbing fittings that surprise and delight our consumers!
Ability to promote cross functional team communication will be a positive success trait for this position. You will work with engineering, brand marketing, and operations to develop the category roadmap and define a go-to-market strategy, helping the organization understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customer. This role will also serve as the internal and external advocate for the product portfolio, working with the sales channel and key customers.
What you can Expect:
- Collaboratively direct your team, drawing on insights and input from our Brand, Channel, and Insights teams to explore new product opportunities.
- Alongside our Industrial Design team, an understanding and appreciation of the basic principles of design are important for guiding the creation of new plumbing products.
- Drawing on marketing research experience will aid in validating and championing your product development vision.
- Basic mechanical proficiency will be important when working alongside engineering teammates as they develop solutions for the design and manufacturing of our products.
- Be the go-to for your assigned category, leading a variety of strategic and tactical responsibilities from forecasting new product introductions to setting a long-term vision for your new product development efforts.
What you Bring:
- 3-5 years of product management experience preferred.
- Experience with high-end, premium or luxury product categories is highly desirable.
- A basic understanding of both qualitative and quantitative marketing research techniques will help you to succeed.
- Forecasting or purchasing and supply chain management experience would be beneficial.
- Interacting with our customers and public speaking is an important everyday skill.
- Outstanding written and verbal skills will help to articulate your product vision.
- Creativity, analytical abilities, and time management skills are especially important.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- This position requires travel (25%).

Hiring Range: $83,900.00 - $131,890.00
Actual compensation may vary based on various factors including experience, education, geographic location, and/or skills.
