The Team:
As a member of the Product Marketing team at S&P Global Commodity Insights, you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market plans, creating sales enablement materials, and supporting revenue growth for a range of commodity consulting practices within our business initiatives. You will work closely with Consulting Management and Commercial leads to understand their strategies and develop product marketing strategies that align with business objectives. Our team takes an analytical and data-enabled approach to validate and communicate the impact of product marketing activities, with a focus on growing market awareness, improving customer retention, and enhancing customer experience.

Responsibilities and Impact:
Through thoroughly planned and researched go-to-market plans, sales enablement material and more, we're able to grow market awareness, support revenue growth, and improve customer experience.
- Work with Consulting Management and Commercial leads to align marketing initiatives with growth objectives, focusing on comprehensive go-to-market plans.
- Identify and leverage subscription and event opportunities to strategically support the consulting practice's expansion.
- Enhance the online presence by executing effective digital tactics, including messaging, to elevate the digital footprint.
- Provide a balanced combination of strategic thinking, market knowledge and project management, collaboration with Marketing functions and hands-on application of the marketing strategy.
- Work with Sales leads and Sales Training lead to identify the types of sales enablement materials that are appropriate to support prospect & customer conversations per Diagnostic Business Sales Methodology.
- Develop simple, highly differentiated and values-based sector and capability messaging for the relevant target audience.
- Create customer-facing assets that effectively communicate the capabilities of consulting solutions.
- Analyze metrics to help team identify what is and isn't working.
Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $49,400 to $98,200. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is not eligible for additional compensation such as an annual incentive bonus or sales commission plan.

What We're Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:
- Excellent writer and communicator.
- Able to build an effective plan based on multiple pieces of input.
- Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to build strong relationships across the organization.
- A strong customer-focused attitude; confident in leading with multiple departments and senior management within the business.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills with strong attention to detail, with an ability to take the initiative and deliver projects unsupervised.
- Budget management, presentation skills, and an understanding of modern marketing tactics.
- Degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience in industry.
- Proven experience in Marketing or in Product Marketing.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Expertise in Product and Solution Marketing.
- Achievement/goal-oriented, collaborative, customer-focused, detailed, persistent, active listener, resourceful, influencer, can-do attitude.
- Vendor management.
- MBA or MS-Marketing.
- Experience in a Consulting or related industry
