Product Marketing Manager, Enablement
Job Description
We're looking for a motivated PMM who understands B2B sales and cares about enabling our reps to be as successful as they can be. This role will focus on building sales assets (helping with sales facing decks, customer story slides), facilitating live and recorded enablement presentations, conducting deal reviews and eventually taking on strategic projects that help our sales teams build stronger relationships with our customers.
The team is looking for someone who is not afraid to get scrappy to help us scale the support that we provide to our sales team. You need to be able to nerd out on sales strategy, have strong presentation and communication skills, and an ability to distill complex concepts, make them simple to understand, and easy to act on for our sales team.
What you'll do at Figma
- Work with PMM and our sales teams to deliver engaging, actionable sales enablement as we deliver new products and capabilities
- Present regularly to our sales teams on why our products matter, and how they contribute to our customers' success
- Build sales assets and plays that help our reps close more business
- Drive deeper engagement with our sales enablement assets and analyze their effectiveness in the field
- Review how we sell each quarter (by reviewing sales calls, salesforce data and interviewing our sales team) to identify opportunities for our team to build better enablement and sales assets
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- 4-6 years of experience B2B SaaS with 2+ years experience in Product Marketing preferred and/or 2+ year experience in Sales
- Experience working with sales teams
- A strong storytelling ability
- An analytica, problem solving mindset
- Strong presentations skills
- Passion for learning new products and industries-unafraid to dive into the nitty gritty technical details
- A willingness to roll up your sleeves and get scrappy- at Figma, we run with it!
