Position Overview

Autodesk is making resilient water infrastructure accessible for all. Our water marketing team connects customers to our incredible technology to create the new possible of drainage design, water distribution, asset management, operational analytics, stormwater, sewer, and flood control, and treatment plant management.

Focusing on Autodesk's core hydraulic modeling solutions for the water industry, you will oversee the product journey from beginning to end: developing case studies, marketing assets, sales enablement collateral, customer research, and influencing feature prioritization.

This could be a remote position.

Responsibilities

You will grow the industry leadership of Autodesk's Hydraulic Modeling Solutions, by:

  • You will create compelling content and sales enablement (e.g. product centers, blog posts, case studies, videos, brochures, etc.) based on audience insights, customer pain points, and competitive analysis
  • Collaborate with product management and industry strategy teams to develop product launch marketing activities and technical content development that achieve our goals and customer success
  • Plan and execute product launches, webinars, events, and revenue-generating marketing channels that build momentum for the latest product features
  • Help develop engaging marketing campaigns across the customer lifecycle from awareness and demand gen to adoption and retention
  • Become a true water champion, internally and externally, by raising awareness for Autodesk solutions through impactful product marketing and internal knowledge sharing
  • Supporting product or feature launches with tight deadlines and complex messaging
  • Lead cross-functional teams or collaborative workstreams to achieve common goals
  • Gathering insights and aligning marketing strategies with business goals to achieve ambitious growth targets
  • Build meaningful customer relationships and tell their stories to amplify product messages to the market

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing role, familiarity working with technical products, B2B software, or SaaS-based business
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks
  • Knowledge of hydraulic modeling, water industry technology, or adjacent civil infrastructure technology solutions is strongly preferred, but not mandatory
  • Exceptional writing, communication, and public speaking skills
  • Ability to travel 10%

Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $90,500 and $156,200. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
