Job Description:Â
As a Product Marketing Manager II at AvidXchange, you will play a critical role in helping to conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends. You will help to develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new product launches and updates, including creation of marketing collateral. You will work cross-collaboratively to track GTM effectiveness on company performance metrics. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, strong collaboration skills and relentless execution.Â
What you'll do:Â
- Market Research: Take a data driven approach to track market and competitive trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Content Creation: Create compelling and informative content, including product collateral, presentations, webinars, and blog posts, to support marketing campaigns and sales efforts.
- Performance Metrics: Set, monitor, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) to take proactive measures to ensure growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including our sales, demand generation and product management to align on messaging, positioning, and goals.Â
- Sales Enablement: Provide sales teams with the tools, training, and materials they need to effectively sell our products and achieve revenue targets.Â

What we're looking for:Â
- BA/BS (preferably in business, marketing, or related field)
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing and/or product management Â
- Excellent communicator and storyteller that can explain complex concepts concisely and articulate points of view persuasively.
- Experience marketing to different customer personas across B2B environments.
- Analytical thinker that backs up points of view with meaningful data and has a high level of experience and skill with data analysis and tools.
- A self-starter that can analyze, plan, lead, execute, and measure complex projects to deliver successful outcomes with minimal guidance.
- A team player with a strong ability and appetite for interacting with external and internal stakeholders and that takes pride in helping others succeed.
- Ability to work within a high-growth, fast paced culture. Â
- Experience marketing financial software or AP/AR Automation is a plus.Â
