We are looking for a smart, tenacious, and inquisitive B2B2B and B2B2C Product Marketer who can operate between product management, sales, marketing, and training to help develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for PointCentral IoT property automation products.  

The product marketer must be able to assess the professional residential rental market to understand the product and service landscape where our property management customers operate, as well as understand the service provider partners who deliver and support our technology platform. The Product Marketing Manager will drive research projects to understand market needs, trends, and competition. They will be responsible for developing product positioning and content/tools for sales enablement and product launches. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Help inform and support execution of the go-to-market strategy for key PointCentral property automation product lines and new product launches.
  • Formalize competitive intelligence processes and own the dissemination of insights across key PointCentral stakeholders.  
  • Develop product positioning content, messaging, and sales enablement assets.
  • Conduct market and industry research and discovery to identify market trends and customer needs. Reports actionable insights to PointCentral stakeholders.  
  • Responsible for tracking, understanding, and communicating real estate industry developments, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements.  
  • Support effective product launches by driving internal consensus around project and product delivery dates and work with all teams to ensure milestone and delivery dates are met.
  • Help turn marketing insights and buyer intelligence into sales tools and thought leadership to support the sales cycle.
  • Create content, assets, and tools including product marketing briefs. Work with marketing to assist in the creation of sales playbooks. 
  • Develop actionable, data-driven insights to inform product and marketing strategy.  
  • Drive development and validation of product/service positioning, category creation, messaging, and competitive segmentation.
  • Articulate the differentiated value of PointCentral technology and clearly communicate the value to internal and external audiences. Understand technical product and service specs and translate them into meaningful benefits for impacted audiences. 

 Requirements: 

  • 5-7 years of Product Marketing experience and a bachelor’s degree 
  • Degree in business, marketing, real estate, or sciences a plus 
  • Demonstrable track record of crafting compelling positioning and thought leadership content
  • Passion for Internet of Things (IoT), software-as-a-service, technology, and innovative thinking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for new technologies and working in fast-moving markets
  • Can take high level direction from leadership and own project development, execution, and completion
  • Desire and willingness to think differently and voice thoughts and opinions to leadership
  • Desire to become a subject matter expert within the IoT property automation and rental market domain
  • Background in real estate or residential property management a plus
