Product Marketing Manager, IoT
Job Description
Location: Remote but must reside in Europe or the United States
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic go-to-market plan and product/business unit positioning of both hardware and Software with bitse.io
- Lead new product and software introductions with Product Management
- Launch strategy and pitch decks for prominent segments including Healthcare, smart packaging, and specialty retail
- Organize and lead strategic meetings and presentations with key stakeholders in prospective companies with the latest Identiv solutions
- Analyze marketing strategy from different points of view and influence multiple stakeholders in a matrix structure to work towards common goals
- Set breakthrough product marketing strategy and programs by developing key customer and market insights, and delivering innovative marketing solutions
- Analyze marketing strategies and ROMI to drive continuous improvement
- Drive the voice of the customer, net promoter score, and share of voice analysis to evaluate customer feedback and market attribution
- Translate long-term market trends into positioning statements and value propositions
- Create compelling value propositions and oversee the production of all product content
- Collaborate with product management teams to design a winning content strategy and oversee the development of material that drives global sales growth (Competitive collateral, presentations, training material, etc.)
- Be a champion for your product portfolio through articulating the values and strengths of Identiv's products versus competitive products
- Consistently monitor market intelligence and related technology trends, conduct competitive analysis, and deliver insights that advance Identiv's marketing programs
- Actively engage with key customers and targeted accounts to build an account-based marketing program that expands the pipeline and supports the ability to drive revenue growth
- Drive outbound marketing activities including product promotions, trade shows, etc.
Requirements
- 4+ years of product marketing experience within the technology industry
- High preference for candidates with 3+ years of Semiconductor, BLE/HF/NFC/RFID/Transponders, and SaaS industry experience
- Able to convince and lead people internally (positive impact on the organization, ability to get buy-in)
- Demonstrated ability to translate marketing data into actionable insights
- Experience using marketing automation tools (Salesforce and Pardot preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to build industry relationships
- Able to convert highly technical value propositions into a compelling customer story
- Project management experience
- New product introduction experience
- New Product Launch experience towards a targeted segment
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution (Master's Preferred)

This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. Your salary/compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience.
In the spirit of pay transparency, the base salary range for this position is between $90,000-$120,000 annually.
