You will be responsible for driving the narrative and market understanding of next-generation AI-powered data solutions built on PostgreSQL. Working across product, sales, and marketing teams, you will translate complex technical capabilities into compelling stories that resonate with developers, architects, and enterprise decision-makers. This position plays a critical role in accelerating AI adoption, influencing market perception, and strengthening competitive positioning in a rapidly evolving landscape. Accountabilities

In this role, you will own the positioning, adoption, and go-to-market success of AI-driven data solutions, ensuring strong alignment between product innovation and market demand.

  • Drive AI product adoption by designing and executing programs that increase customer conversion and usage of AI capabilities
  • Define and own the market narrative for AI-powered PostgreSQL solutions, positioning them as a leading choice for enterprise AI workloads
  • Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for AI product launches, including messaging frameworks, campaigns, and cross-functional coordination
  • Act as a subject matter expert on AI personas, use cases, and evolving enterprise requirements for AI-driven applications
  • Partner closely with sales and field teams to develop enablement materials, playbooks, and competitive messaging
  • Use data and performance metrics to evaluate marketing effectiveness and continuously optimize adoption strategies
  • Collaborate across product, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure consistent and impactful storytelling

  • Requirements

    The ideal candidate brings strong product marketing expertise in enterprise technology, combined with the ability to simplify complex AI and data concepts into compelling narratives.

    • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing, or similar roles within enterprise technology environments
    • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging for technical and business audiences
    • Strong experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams
    • Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure impact and refine strategies based on performance insights
    • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with executive-level communication ability
    • Strong understanding of AI, analytics, or data infrastructure ecosystems is highly desirable
    • Familiarity with PostgreSQL, open-source technologies, or competitive AI/data platforms is a strong advantage
    • Experience launching products in fast-moving or emerging technology markets
