Product Marketing Manager (PMM)

 To help us get there faster, we’re looking for an excellent product marketer to partner with our marketing and product teams. .Â
About the role:
You’ll drive long-lasting impact by fostering excellence in areas such as:
- Driving demand, adoption, and success of our products across various lifecycle stages
- Getting a deep understanding of our customers, market, and products to deliver insights that inform marketing strategy product roadmap. Â
- Shaping communication & strategic positioning that effectively attract, convert, and retain customers
- Developing and owning innovative, data-driven, go-to-market strategies
- Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on the performance of go-to-market efforts Â

About you:
- You’re a successful software product marketer : You have at least 2 years of experience as a PMM or in a product marketing capacity.
- Bridge-building comes naturally: Â You have excellent collaboration skills, with an ability to cultivate buy-in and lead without authority
- You’re a storyteller: Your copywriting and storytelling skills make users and coworkers fall in love with a product
- You think big: You’re able to turn data and research into resonant product positioning, compelling stories, and long-range strategic marketing roadmaps
- Research energizes you: You’re comfortable talking to customers and working with complex data to uncover insights, trends, and opportunitiesÂ
- You’re empathetic: You love figuring out how users think and can predict how messages will make them feel
- Process is your thing: You’re highly organized and have no trouble managing complex projects, keeping several workstreams on track, and keeping everyone aligned
- You’re transparent: You have no trouble asking for help or expressing ideas and concerns
Bonus points for:
- Proficiency with data analysis tools— business intelligence dashboards like Indicative, Google Analytics, etc
- Experience conducting market research
- Small business expertise — marketing products which specifically focus on serving small to mid-sized businesses
- Experience in the MarTech, ecommerce, email marketing or AdTech products or industries
 This role is open to anywhere in the United States. We have physical office locations in Oklahoma City and New York City, and we have remote team members all across the country.
