Product Marketing Manager, Qt Development Tools

Qt Group is looking for a Product Marketing Manager, Qt Development Tools business to join our rapidly growing global company.

We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager whose primary responsibility will be planning and executing marketing activities to support the Qt Development products. You will work with a multi-functional team to drive product marketing activities globally. The role is at the intersection between commercial product management, R&D, sales, and other marketing teams, taking care of the focus and ambition level of go-to-market plans & activities.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for telling the world the story of the Qt Development product offering. You will need to understand our customers' pain points and needs and how our products can solve those. Additionally, you will craft the messaging and marketing strategy for new launches and product releases.

Your work at Qt:

• Together with the product management team, understanding customer needs and pain points to craft value propositions and value messaging, user and buyer profiles, and related content.
• Developing a product marketing strategy and related product content together with external agencies and in-house experts (e.g., case studies, product videos, whitepapers, website copy, blog posts, emails) to articulate our product's benefits to the world.
• Measuring and optimizing the buyer journey as it relates to product feature adoption and usage.
• Driving product releases and new product launches.
• Supporting SEO development for your specific product ownership area, in collaboration with other stakeholders.
• Identifying and developing content targeting our developer audience.
• Educating stakeholders on product messaging, content and other marketing assets.
• Researching and keeping up-to-date with the competitive environment.

You:

• BA/BS/MS/MSc/MBA degree or similar
• 5+ years of experience in product marketing or similar role
• Strong project management skills
• The ability to understand complex technology and speak with credibility to Software Engineers 
• Significant experience from B2B and technology environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (proficient/native level English)
• Experience with content management/marketing automation systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) as you will be building product pages, campaign landing pages, marketing emails, managing a wide range of content, and using marketing automation to promote our content to our massive database
• Basic understanding of Search Engine Optimization
• Enjoy working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity that spans across time-zones - this role requires you to work cross-functionally to bring the product to life
• Results-oriented; able to establish clear expectations, objectives, and priorities, set aggressive but achievable goals, and track progress
• Business-minded with the ability to understand the dimensions of the business and company market strategy, activities, performance, and direction
