CH Robinson is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to design and lead an integrated go-to market program that focuses on matching the right CH Robinson solution to shippers and carries. This position will drive all aspects of the product marketing which include competitive product analysis, defining personas and target audiences, key differentiators, hypothesizing use case and validating them in market. You will iterate the product directly with customers to ensure we build prioritized experiences and features to drive growth. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Partner with Product and UX teams to develop a comprehensive research agenda to inform product and marketing strategy for product(s).
  • Position and craft key differentiators and functions for carrier and shipper products, features, and services, and ensure its adoption among internal and external audiences
  • Assist w/ Product leaders, commercial leaders, and corporate marketing to develop a Go-To-Market launch strategy focused on measurable impact
  • Systems thinking with technical experience to provide value added participation in discussions and decision-making processes
  • Partner with Marketing and PR teams to increase awareness, trial, and engagement of your product(s)
  • Define target audience for product (s) and ensure all data attributes are captured
  • Partner closely with global sales leaders to identify highest leverage needle-movers to the business and create product sales playbooks for their teams
  • Partner with Marketing to Ideate and run creative, impactful campaigns that celebrate and drive adoption of shippers and carriers
  • Create direct customer feedback loop -Iterate the product directly with customers to ensure we build prioritized experiences and features to drive growth
  • Partner closely with product management and business leaders to prioritize the product roadmap through sharing qualitative and quantitative customer insights
  • Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements


QUALIFICATIONS

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience and a high school diploma/GED
  • Minimum 8 years of product/technical marketing experience


Preferred:
  • Experience working in a two-sided marketplace
  • Logistics industry experience
  • Experience working in an agile or lean methods and scrum framework
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including presenting, content development, and editing
  • A proven track record of partnering with product management, influencing roadmaps, and bringing products to market
  • The ability to use insights to develop solutions and compelling value propositions to solve customer pain points
  • A history of cross collaboration of successful go-to-market (GTM) campaigns, integrated marketing, and launch plans for a variety of products, programs, or services
  • The ability to mentally shift gears, from building an informed, high-level strategy to diving into the details while executing at a high bar
  • A successful track record of working cross functionally with a diverse stakeholder group (technical, corporate marketing, commercial, operational) and bringing out the best in others
  • Direct product marketing experience with a proven track record
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, "get it done" environment
  • Ability to position innovative products and tell compelling stories through sales narratives and marketing collateral
