Position Overview

Product Marketers in Autodesk Construction Solutions connect our industry-leading product to the nine trillion-dollar global construction industry. Our team helps convey the Autodesk Construction Cloud value and vision for important industry segments across the world.

As a member of the Product Marketing team you will report to the Sr. Product Marketing Manager, your primary focus will be go-to-market for our products and capabilities across the construction lifecycle, from design through operations. You will work with our Product Management team to develop product messaging and positioning with care for important industry persona's that support the awareness and adoption of Autodesk Construction Cloud technology. While looking outward to understand our customer needs and capabilities, you will also help create consumable messaging and positioning assets for internal sales and partner teams. This position is hybrid, remote or Boston, MA.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a go-to-market plan which includes the creation of product and persona messaging and the associated content and deliverables for both internal and external audiences
  • Work with the product management team to contribute to the product strategy definition and cyclical refinements due to market demands/changes
  • Work with important marketing team members across the organization to promote your product with the right channel and to the appropriate industry segment for maximum impact and traction
  • Support press releases content, trade show material and technical seminars
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success and Channel Partners and develop relationships with customers for product messaging and positioning validation and refinement

Minimum Qualifications

  • Skill as a storyteller with the ability to explain complicated topics simply
  • Experience working in a matrixed organization and leading projects
  • Collaborative and inquisitive
  • Advocate for support from centralized marketing organization
  • 3+ years of B2B software product marketing experience
  • Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry experience
  • Experience working for a global company
  • SaaS or Technology marketing

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $90,500 and $156,200. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
