To keep that momentum going strong, we’re expanding our team of enthusiastic go-getters. We’re on the hunt for a Product Marketing Manager to serve as the champion for each assigned, as well as the owner of in-market product strategy responsible for maximizing revenue and sales pipeline.

You will:

  • Lead experimentation, gain valuable customer insights, analyze results and implement new findings
  • Develops a strong understanding of the Black Spectacles and Spectacular product portfolio, including product functionality, features, target audience, use cases, and value proposition
  • Develops a strong understanding of the U.S. architecture and licensure space, including key roles and personas that regularly engage with BKS and SP+ products
  • Learns and synthesizes the voice of the customer, including relevant user, buyer, and market/competitive landscape through research, analytics, feedback from the sales reps, account managers, customer success, and customers
  • Serves as the BKS champion for each owned product including:
    • Designing effective internal and external communication strategies;
    • Serving as chief product advocate, providing guidance to marketing and sales teams to build awareness, deepen product knowledge, and drive pipeline build and acceleration, as warranted; and
    • Collaborating with Customer Success to champion the voice of customer in business decisions and product development
  • Segments the market, develops positioning, storytelling, pricing, distribution, and bundling strategies that differentiate the product in the market
  • Develops and refines sales enablement tools and strategies to support the selling process at all stages of the buyer journey
  • Establishes effective go-to-market and annual product marketing plans with clearly defined Goals and Objectives, and that apply Best-in-Class Marketing Strategies to achieve the revenue, use, and satisfaction targets
  • Communicate the product position and story through the creation and oversight of development of the messaging strategy and customer journey experience

Requirements

You might be a great fit if you have:

  • Demonstrated prior experience as a Marketing or Product Manager
  • A proven track record of working on cross-functional teams
  • A strong track record and competency in customer research and strategic product positioning
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage projects
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills; you’re able to interact successfully with customers, sales team, product development team, and product management team
  • Good time management skills and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to work in an accelerated, deadline driven, collaborative climate.
