Product Marketing Manager – Residential Mortgages

Summary
The Product Marketing Manager focusing on residential lending is a critical member of the marketing team who will focus on developing and implementing marketing strategy to maximize Leader Bank's purchase growth in Massachusetts. This person knows the Massachusetts real estate market very well and understands how Realtors act, think, and what they expect from their lending partners. They will combine this knowledge of residential lending with strategic marketing to develop creative, timely campaigns that will differentiate Leader Bank from the competition.
Responsibilities
- Create Go-to-Market plans for all residential lending products; Write creative briefs and approve creative at go to market stages
- Develop segmentation strategies and campaigns for marketing residential lending products
- Partner with residential lending teams to develop initiatives that are consistent with the Leader Bank brand positioning and meets the residential lending business needs
- Partner with the Head of Brand to strategize, execute and track performance of omni-channel campaigns, paid, earned and owned
- Serve as the liaison between Loan Officers and the marketing team, vetting and fulfilling requests.
- Responsible for development, tracking, and reporting for the residential marketing budget
- Review business and campaign outcomes with business leaders and stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in residential lending; marketing experience preferred
- Familiarity with residential lending concepts and a high level of comfort with marketing/messaging
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills, with a proven ability to present in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences, including senior leadership
- Familiarity with Adobe Create Suite and Surefire preferred
- Detail-oriented, energetic self-starter with strong project management skills and ability to think creatively
- Strong project management skills
- Creative with a mind towards experimentation
