Product Marketing Manager, SMB

About This Role

We are hiring a Product Marketing Manager focused on SMB to join our Solutions GTM Marketing team at Zoom! This is a U.S. remote, individual contributor role with no direct reports.
About the Team:
This person will own the message and strategy for building trust and effectively telling the story of Zoom's solutions for Small and Mid-Sized businesses. Together, we'll collaborate with our SMB, Zoom Online, and Demand Gen Teams to co-own and execute marketing and enablement plans focused on growing pipeline, sales, and adoption in this high growth segment.

About the Role :

• Lead the segment go-to-market marketing and enablement plans for SMB.
• Clearly articulate our "Why Zoom for SMB?" through compelling messaging, solutions, and marketing plans.
• Align with field marketing, customer marketing and demand generation teams to create sales tools, integrated campaigns and marketing assets that make an impact throughout the buyer's journey.
• Co-own global SMB pipeline strategy to ensure that we are a true partner in the company's success.
• Lead Zoom SMB content across Zoom events, industry events, and Field Marketing programs.
• Form a POV on top competitors and how we position Zoom to win against them.
• Drive new solution launches and success - including GTM strategy, pricing, messaging, AR, sales enablement, campaign assets.

About You:

• 7-10+ years of professional experience in marketing and sales roles, including product marketing, go-to-market, and segment marketing.
• Proven track record of success marketing SaaS or PaaS to SMB segment
• Working knowledge of video / phone / chat communication (incl. but not limited to hardware partners, developers, security, etc.) and industries' best practices in the competitive space.
• You have a true passion for marketing to Small and Midsize businesses.
• Previous success in a UCaaS, AI, or CRM product or product marketing role is a bonus.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience required. MBA or graduate degree is a bonus.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$89,800.00
Maximum:
$209,600.00
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
