Product Marketing Manager – Solution Programs

Snowflake’s solutions marketing team builds our go-to-market strategy and executes innovative campaigns to accelerate business value for customers and growth for Snowflake. As a product marketing manager for solutions, you will work across sales, field CTO, partner teams, and marketing to build and market solutions that solve key business challenges for customers.
AS A PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER - SOLUTIONS YOU WILL:
- Work with our marketing, sales, partner, and technical teams to prioritize which areas to build solutions across industries and use cases
- Develop programs for developing solutions, executing launches, and consistently measuring value to customers, pipeline generation and consumption
- Build best practices and solutions content with internal subject matter experts who are solving business use cases using Snowflake
- Develop processes to scale solutions go-to-market across industries and customers
- Identify and measure KPIs for programs to determine impact as well as opportunities for improvement
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- 5+ years experience in product marketing, sales engineering, and/or consulting experience preferred
- Ability to understand and synthesize technical information including data analytics, AI/ML/LLMs, data science, and/or application development
- Exceptional written communication skills and ability to synthesize complex information into clear and concise presentations and plans
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, consultation and organizational skills.
- Experience in leading complex execution across multiple teams in different time zones, anticipating roadblocks and creating a path forward.
- Scrappy & has a mindset that done is better than perfect
- BA/BS, MBA preferred
