You will focus on owning product messaging, launch narratives, and go-to-market strategy. Specifically for our new productivity solutions with a focus on Zoom Docs.
Work closely with our product and go-to-market teams to create campaigns and enablement tactics to drive meaningful impact toward revenue and product adoption.
About the Team
Zoom Video Communications is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our Employee Experience Product Marketing team.You will report to our Global Lead, Employee Experience Product Marketing.
What we're looking for

• 8+ years of professional experience in product marketing for a SaaS company and possess a Bachelor's Degree
• Possess an understanding of product-led and community-led growth, specifically in the productivity space
• Have worked closely with the sales/partner enablement, channel marketing, and customer success teams
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives for product launches and activities. Provide executive readouts and updates for top business initiatives and launches.
• Experience building and presenting in-person and virtual event messaging and content
• Possess excellent leadership and presentation skills and are successful in matrixed organizations, ensuring all teams have updated key messaging documents
• Experience using data to identify opportunities and drive impactful results
• Have experience positioning and building differentiated messaging and assets

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$105,600.00
Maximum:
$195,400.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
