Product Marketing Specialist
Job Description
Topaz Labs produces AI imaging technology that helps over 1 million paying customers (including teams at Apple, Netflix, and NASA) maximize the visual quality of over 1 billion photos and videos. We are profitable and growing fast, with strong product-market fit and a vast market in front of us.
As our Product Marketing Specialist, youโll play a pivotal role in translating key product features into consumer benefits to achieve customer growth for our products and services. As both a B2C and B2B software company, we need a balanced and data-driven approach to driving interest in our products and ultimately, conversions.ย
Responsibilities
- Customer Journey: Work with stakeholders across Brand and Product to create customer journeys that drive awareness, thought leadership, and product adoption. This might include writing release notes, marketing emails, and technical docs that help our users. This begins with you becoming a deep expert on our products and their value propositions.
- Content: Work with stakeholders across Brand and Product to create compelling product messaging and content that is used for web strategy and customer-facing advertising.
- Launches: Lead the planning for feature launches including writing content for blogs, social media content, and emails.
About you
- 3-5 years of experience in product marketing
- Self driven and curious
- Desire to understand each of our products deeply
- Desire to understand our customers
- A balanced analytical, creative, and innovative thinkerย
- Ability to lead marketing initiatives while working collaboratively across teams
- Knowledge of email marketing tools (eg. Klaviyo)
- Fundamental understanding of data and analytics
- Strong communication skills: verbal, written, digital, and interpersonal
This is a unique role for the right person to apply their marketing leadership to accelerate an already high-growth company. We offer strong base salary plus significant ownership that scales with the company's growth. This is a full-time on-site role in Dallas, TX, and we will ask you to relocate if you're not in the area.
