This role will develop collateral for new products, help with the development of brand guidelines & strategy, assist in product messaging, update and maintain collateral, and meet with sales & product teams to determine marketing needs.

What You'll Accomplish and Experience

• Collaborate across matrixed teams to create collateral for new products.

• Contribute to and execute the content strategy for short-term and long-term marketing needs and goals for the CCR Business Units.
• Create content communicating the value, use cases, and benefits of our new products.
• Meet with product teams to understand the market, and marketing needs
• Collaborate on marketing strategy for new products.
• Work with external vendors as needed.

• Create and maintain brand standards for new and existing products.
• Lead development, validation, and communication of long-term brand value and proposition.
• Drive development on brand and product naming, nomenclature, and positioning.
• Drive strategic decisions around new product brand creation, product brand extensions, and brand segmentation.
• Build a strong link between CCR Business Unit products and the CCR corporate brand.

• Meet and exceed internal goals and deadlines for work quality and completion.
• Contribute to the CCR footprint across various web and social platforms.
• Optimize and publish content based on SEO and other metric.
• Stay up-to-date with trends impacting our target segments and digital marketing tactics.
• Report out on content's effectiveness against sales and company goals.

• Pitch in and support other marketing efforts when needed - content creation for
  traditional channels, internal communication, event promotion (and occasional
  attendance), outbound marketing, and market or prospect research.
• Generate creative solutions and approaches to issues and organizational processes.

Desirable Previous Experience

• Experience with graphic design software (Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher
• Experience with content management systems (CMS)
• Image and file management
• Content curation
• Digital ad management

• Social media marketing
• Content strategy
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Asana experience preferred
• Excellent copywriting skills and attention to detail.

• Project management skills and ability to manage priorities of multiple stakeholders and
  maintain focus on results - brand engagement, leads and sales
