Product Marketing Specialist
Job Description
The Product Marketing Manager is responsible, in conjunction with the Product Manager and Marketing team for driving and supporting the Portfolio team to ensure successful commercialization and marketing of Sensia products, technology and solutions. The goal is to ensure that the Sensia Sales Organization has simple to use, ease to access collateral, tools and information to effectively sell products, technology and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Product Managers to ensure sales/technical/application and market/competitive material is of a suitable quality and provided to the Marcoms team as need for product launches, commercial programs or other commercial activity
- Support the launch of new products/solutions and market positioning of existing portfolio by being the bridge between the Product Management organization and Marketing communications to ensure collateral is available in time
- Manage and ensure all collateral is uploaded into the Sensia Partner Portal and correct and revision controlled. In conjunction with the business leaders specify and help manage the execution of improvements to the partner portal
- Liaise with the Sensia training organization and product Managers to ensure that collateral is ready in time for product launches or training
- Ensure all training collateral is in accordance with the defined training structure
- Responsible for putting in place a sales enablement structure to enable the sales channels (internal and partners) to meet Sensia's growth plans. Once in the structure and process are in place, responsible for managing the content and ensuring the information is up to date and accessible.
- Support the sales processes as need including:-
- Sales onboarding & training
- Content and collateral message optimization
- Sales team product/application training and activity campaigns
- This role is key to our business growth plan and the major interface between our Product Managers and the Sensia Sales organization and channel partners.
