The Industry Solution Team provides value solutions to important industry applications, driving industry specific outcomes for our customers that can be repeatable across various industries.

The Industry Solution Product Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving our message and brand to the global market with passion and energy. You are the bridge between the solution development and Rockwell's powerful marketing arm. Help craft and deliver the brand message globally for Rockwell's Industry Solutions leveraging a team of marketing representatives that cover the specific industry focused and those where it can be repeatable applied.

The role is a commercial leader globally representing the Industry Solution organization for sales enablement, voice of the customer, commercial collateral, and customer interactions.

Essential Functions

  • Collaborate with product management, commercial engineering, sales enablement, sales and commercial marketing to drive content generation and demand for solutions based on marketing requirements
  • Maintain a deep understanding of current RA field sales processes and how Rockwell goes to market and how collateral is leveraged
  • Responsible for driving pre-launch marketing, sales enablement, and market access launch plans with commercial marketing and portfolio engineering focused on industry and lifecycle
  • Responsible to translate technical offerings into commercial values and drive the commercial messaging for solutions and systems
  • Help prioritize customer needs into Industry Solution outcomes
  • Help develop, prepare and pitch trade show value message through key-notes, demos, booth presence, and digital platforms
  • Understand competitive challenges and formulate responses to arm our sales team with strong responses
  • Support marketing events as a SME and provide rich content in-line with event themes
  • Lead the development of commercial programs to support the adoption of Industry Solutions
  • Support the global regions in developing regionally based strategies to enhance Industry Solutions marketing, sales enablement, and sales
  • Connect with Rockwell's ecosystem delivery arm (Distributors, SI, SSB and Partners) and coordinate marketing campaigns, competency, and sales engagement
  • Establish metrics for post-launch success measurement and reporting
  • Work across regions to drive demand for solutions and prepare the regions to promote the solutions with a similar message and structure

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or engineering
  • Legal authorization to work in the US is required- we will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, not now or in the future, for this job opening
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of time

Preferred Qualifications

  • Typically requires 5+ years of related experience
  • Knowledge of automation systems and solutions
  • Process control experience in heavy, hybrid and discrete industries
  • Demonstrated sales or marketing experience with automation control solutions, software solutions and service.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the industry processes.
  • Strong presentation and collaboration skills
  • Business and/or project experience
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Global and cultural awareness
