Your Role:

Think Academy is seeking a dedicated and driven Product Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. This full-time role is crucial for executing online marketing campaigns in both English and Chinese channels for a significant project. The successful candidate will be adept at identifying and executing effective user lead generation strategies tailored to our product's unique features and conducting A/B testing to refine marketing efforts. As a part of our marketing team, your responsibilities include:  

• Channel Exploration and Execution: Research and manage online marketing channels that align with our product's market, focusing on both English and Chinese platforms.
• Data-Driven Optimization: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, including user acquisition and conversion rates, leveraging insights to optimize future campaigns.
• Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and execute strategies for user lead generation, employing methods like content marketing and social media campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
• A/B Testing: Plan and implement A/B tests to identify the most effective marketing approaches, adjusting tactics based on performance data.

Required Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, capable of cross-cultural collaboration.
• Strong familiarity with various online marketing channels, including but not limited to social media, SEM, and SEO.
• Adept at data analysis with a proficiency in tools like Google Analytics for informed decision-making.
• Experience in crafting and executing user acquisition strategies, with a keen ability for rapid A/B testing.
• Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate innovative marketing solutions.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
• Bilingual in Mandarin is required.
