What you'll do:
We are seeking an experienced Product Onboarding Specialist to join our Team. In this role you will oversee a seamless onboarding experience for our customers play a critical role in defining and facilitating training and learning materials for onboarding and continued education. As an Onboarding Specialist you will also need to be comfortable talking in front of a group as well as one-on-one with an individual along with excellent presentation skills. You will conduct detailed walkthroughs and training sessions communicate product features and best practices and gather valuable feedback to enhance our onboarding process continuously.

Become a Tempo product expert with all Tempo products!

Take the customer use cases and requirements then provide customized training and enablement sessions of Tempo.

Clearly communicate features best practices requirements and expectations with customers to simplify adoption and align expectations.

Record and communicate customer needs requests and questions for the sales CS and product teams.

Leverage feedback and metrics for continuous improvement to the onboarding process.

Participate in creation and curation of onboarding and adoption content that can be leveraged by customers and evaluators in a self-serve manner.

Participate in Expert Webinars and other group events to enhance customer understanding and engagement.

Collaborate with sales and Customer Success teams to identify customer onboarding needs and prioritizing sessions effectively.
Requirements:

3+ years of experience in delivering effective software presentations
-
Experience with training onboarding or learning content creation and demonstration

Experience with documenting and improving customer processes

Experience with content creation and curation
-
Work collaboratively with team members
-
Effectively communicate internally and externally
