A Digital Product Analyst at Safelite partners closely with our Product Managers to ensure our products support our technicians and associates out in the field and that our products make it easy for our customers to schedule and manage their auto glass appointment.

Responsibilities

• Support Product Managers in building, prioritizing, monitoring/editing, and maintaining the flow of Team Backlog to ensure the delivery of the customer satisfaction and business value
• Provide architecture and development teams sufficiently detailed feedback on user stories and product vision to ensure the team maintains the technical integrity of features / functionality
• Refine ambiguous questions and generate new hypotheses about the product through a deep understanding of the data, our customers, and our business
• Visualize key metrics on an ongoing basis to communicate out to product, marketing, and exec teams on the health of the site
• Analyze the sales funnel and identify reasons users drop off and relay problems statements to the PM
• Responsible to update product management on Story status to align on delivery expectations
• Define how our teams measure success, by developing Key Performance Indicators and other user/business metrics, in close partnership with Product and other subject areas such as engineering, operations and analytics
• Work directly with Product Manager to size potential impact of "problems-to-solve" for our business.
• Maintain product functionality documentation, be the master of 'how it works today'

Qualifications

• You are tactical, curious and thrive getting things done
• Of all the people on the product team, you can talk shop best with our analytics team
• 3+ years experience using Google Analytics or similar web tools
