About the Role:

ย 

We are looking for a Product Operations Analyst to own pieces of the daily operations of our FinTech platform. If you are passionate about problem-solving, this role is for you. The ideal candidate has experience balancing multiple priorities, decisive decision-making, and works well in a collaborative team environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work with product and sales in supporting new and existing clients with technology and products.
  • Cultivate and grow relationships with internal and external clients, serving as a main point of contact for platform service.
  • Monitor and analyze platform usage and performance data to develop recommendations for platform optimization.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues and technical challenges accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing and product development to report platform feedback, technology pain points, and identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features.
  • Develop and deliver client solutions through data-driven platform reporting and functionality.
  • Initiate and own day-to-day servicing of client requests, strategic planning, and growth initiatives under the guidance of product ops management.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years financial services preferred (technology and/or client facing experience preferred)
  • Have or be willing to obtain Series 7, SIE and 63 or 65 within 120 days of employment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex challenges.
  • Proficient in business analytics and data interpretation experience using tools such as Excel and, preferred but not required, SQL and Tableau.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
