Job Description

As a Product Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the Product team in reporting needs, analytic duties, and ensure compliance with key bank partner requirements.

The Job…

• Communicate progress on key initiatives to key stakeholders across the business teams.
• Develop solutions to eliminate manual processes in partnership with product leads.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing with each new release to ensure requirements have been met and there is timely resolution of defects.
• Partner with Product leads to develop required controls documentation and associated monitoring to ensure a compliant program.
• Support the Product in analyzing data to help guide the product team towards better and faster decisions.

• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Understand product development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA)
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Continuous learning mindset and adaptability to change

Preferred Skills

The following additional skills would be favorable and contribute to the company as well as the position’s overall success:

•  Proficiency or willingness to learn in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Excel, Python)
• Experience working in a product team or within project management
