Product Operations Coordinator

Position Overview:
Viral Nation is seeking a Product Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will assist in optimizing our commercial operations, improving efficiency, and supporting the development and delivery of our product offerings. Acting as a key support for the product team, you will help ensure smooth operations, align activities with cross-functional priorities, and contribute to meeting delivery timelines while maintaining high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Support operational efforts to generate leads that convert into paying customers;
• Assist in evaluating current delivery processes to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and effectiveness;
• Collaborate on the development and implementation of operational strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the company's product objectives;
• Assist in streamlining product workflows, from ideation to launch, to optimize resource utilization and time-to-market;
• Coordinate product-related projects, ensuring tasks are tracked, deadlines are met, and quality standards are maintained;
• Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operations, compiling reports to support continuous improvement recommendations;
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure smooth coordination of operational activities;
• Support compliance efforts with industry standards and regulatory requirements, contributing to the identification and mitigation of operational risks;
• Utilize tools and software relevant to product management and operations, including the Google Suite and other project management applications.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 2-5 years experience in an operations or project management role, preferably within fast-paced, high-growth environments;
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a track record of implementing effective strategies in operations;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly and persuasively;
• Ability to influence and guide teams without direct authority, fostering collaboration and driving results;
• Exceptional time management with acute attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Thrive under pressure and adapt to changing product priorities and market demands.
