Product Operations Coordinator, Developer Portal

We are currently searching for a Product Operations Coordinator to join our team, to help administer and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Developer Portal.

You will help create a great developer experience by enhancing the Developer Portal and providing easy access to documentation, training, blogs, and the developer community. The Developer Portal is critical to enhancing the developer experience and enabling our customers to realize the full value of C3 AI. You will work with vendors and internal teams to drive our vision of providing the best-in-class developer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customers and partners with a robust self-service online experience to reduce dependence on case-based interactions with the global support team.
• Work with the other teams and organizations to ensure our Developer Portal is recognized, celebrated, and nurtured.
• Develop and design critical operational systems and processes within the Developer Portal that directly impact the results and user experience of our customers.
• Analyze data and share insights and feedback from the Developer Portal to product teams, services, documentation, and training.
• Update and maintain homepage content regularly.
• Plan, design and deliver improvements and new features to the Developer Portal.
• Organize community, documentation, and training initiatives to boost engagement with customers and partners.

• Experience automating operational processes and systems.
• Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail.
• Creativity, resourcefulness, and persistence to drive towards outcomes while navigating a dynamic environment.
• Experience designing, developing, configuring, and maintaining websites.
• Basic knowledge of front-end languages and Frameworks (React, NodeJS, JavaScript, CSS, HTML).
• Knowledge of Drupal and/or Jupyter Notebooks is a plus.
• Working knowledge of design tools like Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud.
