Product Operations & Implementation

What team will I be joining?

Dispel Operations is the frontline team between our product and our customers. On a technical front, we work closely with our customers to install into their network. On a product front, we are the eyes and ears who listen to our users' requests and bring them back to the engineering team to help shape the product roadmap. On a sales front, we help pitch the product to customers, both in live meetings, and through tear sheets and other marketing documents. Internally, we are always looking to improve and automate operations processes. The team is fast-moving, and versatile.

What will you be doing?

• You will be working closely with engineers to stress-test new features and ensure they are customer-ready.
• You will be tag teaming on customer deployment calls, prototyping integrations and customizations.

Requirements

• This is a technical job, but we do not care whether or not you have a technical background. We're looking for someone who's not scared by code and is excited to learn the technical chops necessary to install, debug, and automate operations processes.
